All of Kate's stuff is now in our garage- we have her stuff and her pets...next Friday she will be here too. For those of you who pray for us...pray for Kate as she leaves her home, her friends and her family. She is very excited about what she is moving to, but as you can imagine, it's sad to say "good bye". Kate's parents, Kris and Al (also in the pic) were along for the move. They are also excited-mixed with nervous energy- about the move. It's fun to see parents enjoying catching a glimpse of their daughter becoming who she has been created to be. These are parents that have reason be proud - and they are.

In honor of her move, I will be going through her book box and reading anything fun she has. I've been reading many things that I wouldn't probably have picked on my own. I'm reading what others I know and love are reading. It's fun. Watch our book list. My favorite book this week has been THE DAYS ARE JUST PACKED - Calvin and Hobbes. (This was about what I could handle along side ACLS! -which I passed and is now behind me.) If you have discovered a "must read" of your own, I'd love to hear about it!

I am so excited for you guys that Kate will be up there. We will definitely miss her in the QC, but I do believe God had great plans for your team that seems to be busting with talent and God-given gifts. Can't wait to read the updates! :)

it's a little bit of a sad sight to discover that everything that you own fits into a uhaul trailor. it is even sadder to realize that most of it is clothes and shoes.
