friends...fun...FISH BOIL!

One of the highlights of our Pastors/Wives retreat in Door County had to be the fish boil. Leith Anderson, is a great speaker and we all benefitted from the wisdom shared. We got to honor Tom and Lori Nebel for their service to the GLBC in church planting, as they move on to a more global ministry with the BGC. It was great connecting and praying with friends. Wine tasting in Door County was fun but the fish boil...well, that's something to blog about. It's not that the fish boil in itself was that entertaining, but that it was Eric's first fish boil. One fantastic thing about Eric Haskins (our friend from "Moody days" who now is lead pastor at Cornerstone in La Crosse) is that just about everything is either completely and totally "WOW" -or completely lame. Watching Eric's response as he observed the traditional Wisconsin fish boil was - really fun!

Hey Reynolds!
Your link to shutterfly doesn't work! I can't wait to see the photos from your fish boil, I can only imagine Eric's expression.

I use another site that I really like www.dotphoto.com, but it would link you to another outside site (just like you have done). I am not aware of anything that you can put right in your blog. But I would be interested if you find something.

Thanks for sharing!
Becky

yep, the flames are part of the adventure - lighter fluid? or just the burning off of the fish oil. cool, huh?!
